My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and bad. The location was perfect for my needs, close to where I was working and felt safe. The service was excellent, with friendly staff who promptly resolved any issues in the room. However, my excitement was short-lived as I encountered a bedbug infestation in the room, which was a major disappointment. The price was fair, but my room reservation was canceled despite prior communication.

When I'm in Little Rock again, this is the only place I will be staying. The rooms were very clean and I loved the soft and comfortable bed, but there was a slight issue with cleanliness. The check-in/out process was easy, but there was a mix-up with a cancellation despite prior communication.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, although clean, were not as expected when located towards the middle to rear of the motel. On the upside, the service at check-in was efficient and friendly. The location near Arkansas Heart Hospital was convenient, but there was a missed opportunity by not offering breakfast. The dining experience, while not meeting all expectations, did have some wonderful homemade products.
